Here at Her Mane Desire, we ensure that our wigs are of the highest quality for our customers. We are wholeheartedly dedicated to providing superior products. Our 100% Virgin Hair has been thoroughly tested to assure excellent quality and standards. We guarantee endless wear and styles with our wigs. Before ordering on www.hermanedesire.store, we recommend reading all the policies below to familiarize yourself with our process.

Order Cancellation Policy

Any purchase made on our online store can be fully canceled and refunded up to 24 hours after the date of purchase on our website.
After 24 hours, no returns or cancellations will be granted (see our Return and Exchange Policy below for more details).

Steps to Cancel Your Order (No Later Than 24 Hours After Purchase):
    1.    Locate the order number (example: 72114) sent to your email or phone number upon purchase on our website. Use the order number as the subject for the email to begin the order cancellation process for a full refund.
    2.    Send an email to hermanedesire@yahoo.com with the SUBJECT: Cancel Order: XXXX (write your order number in place of XXXX).
    •    Order cancellations are only processed via email, not through social media or text messages.
    3.    Once we receive your email, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to proceed with your refund.
    4.    If your cancellation request is received after the 24 hours, your order will not be canceled or refunded.

Alteration by Third-Party Policy

We recommend using licensed, professional, or knowledgeable hairstylists for all items purchased from our website. Her Mane Desire is not liable for alterations performed on our products by third parties.
Any modifications made by other hairdressers or stylists will void any refund or exchange eligibility. Refunds must follow the Refund and Exchange Policy outlined below.

Damages and Issues

Our customers are our #1 priority, and we want you to have the best experience. Due to the limited supply and high demand for our wigs, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Clients must contact Her Mane Desire within 24 hours if there are any issues with their unit. After 24 hours, Her Mane Desire is not responsible.
The following do not qualify as damages or issues:
    •    Used units (including lace being cut)
    •    Any chemical or heat-related scent
    •    Units that are not in their original packaging

Additionally, in adherence to CDC guidelines, all communication received after 24 hours of carrier delivery, pickup, or drop-off will be disregarded, and no refund or exchange will be granted.

For issues communicated within 24 hours of carrier delivery, pickup, or drop-off, resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on evidence provided by the client. The investigation may take 2-4 weeks to resolve.

Shipping Issues

Her Mane Desire is not responsible for items misplaced or lost by third parties. We will ensure that tracking numbers are provided for all orders. Any order over $100 will require a signature upon delivery.

Refund Policy with Sezzle and Other Buy Now, Pay Later Options

Due to the nature of Buy Now/Pay Later options, a 15% restocking fee of the total transaction amount will be charged on any refunded order processed through these merchants.

Since these payment options are a voluntary choice by the customer, they are responsible for any fees associated with the refund through the payment provider.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to CDC guidelines, we reserve the right to deny an exchange if certain conditions are not met. The following conditions must be met to qualify for an exchange:
    1.    The issue must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date.
    2.    Evidence must be provided to justify the issue.
    3.    The item must be in its original packaging, unaltered, and unworn.
    4.    The item must not have been altered by a third party (as per the Alteration by Third-Party Policy).

Final Sale Items

All sale items and items purchased with promotional codes are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
