WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?

Pre-orders allow you to purchase a unit that is custom-made and not immediately available for shipping or pickup. Preordered units can take 7-14 business days to be fully completed, and you will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup or shipment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

    •    Once your payment is processed, we will place an order with our vendor to begin the creation of your unit. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.

    •    Once the unit arrives, Her Mane Desire will work quickly and professionally to customize and complete your wig according to the displayed design.

    •    You will receive updates throughout each step of the process.

WHEN WILL I BE NOTIFIED?

You will receive notifications at the following stages:

✔ When your order is placed

✔ When your wig has been shipped from our vendor

✔ When your unit arrives for customization

✔ When your unit is fully complete and ready for pickup/shipping

REFUND POLICY ON PREORDERS

All pre-order sales are final. Once you place an order for a preordered unit, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. By purchasing a pre-order unit, you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for your purchase.
